After our public conception and throughout the programs we provided, we struggled with how to maximize our talents, to bring the forefront our best in our scholars.

• Paying special attention to those that just need a little more time and space. 

• Giving them the freedom to not feel pressured in front of their peers. 

• Allowing scholars the chance to appreciate their accomplishments without the feeling of shame for not being ahead of the game.

We are pleased to announce our new structure in approaching our scholar's strengths and equipping them with tools to succeed in the future without outside help.
